The gaming line continues to receive attention from vendors. Likewise with Lenovo, which has introduced a new portfolio for the gaming market, namely the Y series. And in 2016, Lenovo has introduced a new Y series product which is not just one, but 3 products at once.
Taking place in Gandaria City, Jakarta (3/4), Lenovo introduced the Ideapad Y700, Ideapad 700, and Ideacentre Y900. The 2 laptops and 1 gaming desktop were exhibited at the same time as the Lenovo Gaming League Grand Final.

“The high enthusiasm for PC games and hardcore games has contributed to the growth of gaming devices, not only from desktops but also laptops,” said Adrian Lesmono, Consumer Lead of Lenovo Indonesia. “Lenovo, which already owns the Y series, is very serious about the game line. Therefore, we are introducing 3 more products that will fill Lenovo’s gaming line, which consists of 2 laptops and one desktop.”
Lenovo Ideapad Y700 is a gaming laptop, which is claimed to be the first laptop device with Intel Real Sense 3D Camera. The technology is able to respond to hand, arm, and head movements as well as facial expressions through the camera embedded at the top of its 1920×1080 Full HD display.
In the kitchen, the laptop is equipped with Intel i7-6700HQ, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960M GDDR5 4G, 1TB HDD, 16GB RAM, complete with Windows 10 as the operating system. Lenovo presents the Ideapad Y700 with two options, namely 15.6 inches and 17.3 inches.
For the Lenovo Ideapad 700, Lenovo has a target market of novice gamers. This laptop is armed with 8 GB of RAM which can be increased up to 32 GB, as well as Nvidia GeForce GTX 950M with 2G VGA. The Ideapad 700 is recognized as a lightweight gaming laptop, weighing only 2.3 kg.
Finally, Lenovo showed off the Ideapad Y900, a gaming desktop that is said to be a device that allows users to upgrade from the component side.
Inside the Ideapad Y900 is an Intel i7-6700K processor, Z170, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 980 4GB GDDR5, 16GB DDR4 RAM, 128GB SSD, and 1TB + 8GB SSHD. In the case, this desktop is capable of carrying 4 HDDs, 2 VGA Cards, 1 VGA port, 1 HDMI port, 1 DVI port, 1 PS/2 Combo, 7-in-1 card reader, and 7.1 audio with SPDIF. Y logo with red LED light emblazoned on the front.

Lenovo markets the Idepapad Y700 with prices ranging from Rp. 16,599 million to Rp. 20,799 million, and the Ideapad 700 is sold for Rp. 12,999 million. Unfortunately, Lenovo did not mention the price of the Ideapad Y900
